As I have progressed in my teacher training have learned about many different teaching styles one of them being the use of technology. There are many different ways to use technology, from overheads and computers to PowerPoint and internet websites. Last semester, I was in a class named testing and curriculum that introduced us to content standard objections, CSO for short. CSO are the state requirements for the public schools in West Virginia, there are different standards for each and subject. There are many different ways to use technology I think it is a great way to teach your students to think different ways about life. Also there are many things that the students have to learn about computers like in a computer class and also in the classroom. As a soon to be teacher I will have to be very creative in the ways that I use technology in my classroom, I will be gathering more and more ideas as I move on in my studies and I will always be looking for new ideas even once I am teaching.

Greg~ It is amazing that in WV starting this next school year, teachers will have to document not only the content standards that they are teaching but the technology standards as well. A teacher's job is never quite done, but hopefully with the tools and resources that you are gathering now your job as a future teacher will be easier. You're right, you will have to be creative, and you will have to continue to look for the newest and best ways to integrate technology into your classroom to make that learning experience fun and real for your students.
